I have handwritten notes on the iPad one note app and have been able to 'lasso' the text but I can't find any 'Ink to text' function. I've looked on all the tabs but there isn't one. Also, my notes have imported to my Macbook but I can't find that functionality on the app on my computer either. Free plain text editor for mac.
